As a professional puppeteer, Paul Currie started his own puppetry company "Kernal Trapps Puppets" in 2002 with fellow puppeteer Michael McNulty. They have performed at the Old Museum Arts Centre in Belfast and at the Young At Art festival 2003 with their original show "The Anatomist". They also performed at the Belfast festival at Queens with the highly acclaimed "The Teller's House", which was performed deep in a forest. He is hoping to take one of the shows to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Charlville Puppet Festival in France in 2006.

All the costumes and puppets are completely original hand made creations and are also performed by the maker, so great care is taken in the high quality look of the costume and puppet as well as the final performance.
